The video will work with any camera that have Micro HDMI plug. But the RC shutter I believe will only work with Sony....

It will depend on the set up, motors, batteries. With my motor set up and 6s10000, came out around 12lbs (if I recall correctly) with camera and gimbal and it fly with good power. The frame is quite sturdy, it should be able to lift a lot more.
