Had some time today and I'm happy to say the machine is again flying as a star!! :nevreness: The trick was to recalibrate the ESC's. Strange because I didn't touch them. But hey, I'm happy as a kid it's flying again. Thank you all for your help! Thanks Guy

@Matt did the real time monitoring with the setup utility and all signals are corret. This isn't a new build. The bird is 1.6 kg and the props are 12x3.8.
