DJI H3-3d problems, Need some help!

I am trying to set my H3-3D gimbal up, and I am having problems. I am trying to hook it up to a DJI A2 FC. I installed the gimbal and H3-3D GCU, but when I power the system on, the gimbal just goes up and down or left and right continuously. The led on the gimbal seems to be red the whole time ( I am not sure what the orange looks like, so it may be orange).

I have gone onto the gimbal assistant software and update the GCU and IMU. I am not sure what the CMU is, but it does not register on the assistant software.

Also, does anyone know if there is an led on the GCU? It looks like there is one, but I have never seen it light up.

You have to have the camera in the gimbal or it won't arm and you could damage it!
