There's no such things a 'best' frame'. Of the frames you listed there are really only 2 types, the X style and the H. At this stage in your RC journey, the frame type is not relevant. The most important thing is to get up and fly as much as you can, as you get better, you can get good results with almost any frame. The only advice I can give is that at this stage, i.e. right at the beginning, do not invest in the future, you will never end up where you start if that makes sense. Start small, fly crash, learn, fly some more....

thanks you very much for your adivice
so let me change my question wich frame is the most crash resistant do you think?

i am drawn to the first frame because of the schock absorbers

Skquad is right, you will more than likely end up with gear that is far from what you started with. So of the frames you listed, I'd pick the lightest. As a pilot, you will spend all your time getting comfortable with flying, as a builder, you will spend all your time fighting weight. The one with the shocks doesn't lost weight. If it's close to the second one, it's probably fine. The second one is only 240 grams - which is a great weight to start at, especially if you are going to use cheaper motors at first.

just read that the 240g frame breaks very easly and it costs more

so i guess i have to scrap that option

so i guess i will go with the x535 v3 as i have read it is a good sturdy frame

sturdy is good, especially if you're just starting out. :)
