Zenmuse H3-2D failure

Ongoing story ....
Well, three weeks have now passed and no solution has been offered other than continuing to wait. We've already lost one shoot opportunity with more on the immediate horizon and the lack of progress on the part of DJI is now annoying me. So DJI Innovations , China or Germany..... I assume you are monitoring this forum ... what are your excuses?

Not so new and improving
I have not bought a Zenmuse yet but had a Phantom return to China! A bit of detective work revealed these contact details but I have not pursued it as judging from DJI's attitude to customers life is too short to start a battle with them. China generally never replies to my emails and if it does (laudy laudy) then the reply has never had any connection to the issue highlighted.

So another week passes, that makes it a month with no resolution.
Two filming opportunities lost, third one in immenent danger, not a happy bunny.

One more week in and still no ZenMuse
I've been told one should be at the dealer's 'real soon now' so perhaps some hope.
In the mean time, another local forum member, Nigel Brogan, has stepped up and lent us his own ZenMuse H3 so we can do our upcoming job. Many, very grateful, thanks to him.
