Your motors look too small. I'd suggest you to use Sunnysky 2216 or 2814. It's only appoximate suggestion, i can calculate better setup if you are interested.

I used cheap props too until tried T-Motor. Tiger props are much better. You can use Graupner or APC, they are not very expencive.

Please also write total weight and props pitch.

Well, how much will copter weigh? I guess near 15kg. You can use U7 420kV (their thrust at 50% throttle will be around 18kg) to improve flight time a bit. But i would also recommend you to build relatively smaller copters (Tarot T810 for example) at first.

What error MP shows?

Of course you will loose your connection after USB removal. Please try to connect by 3DR radio, not by USB and write an error.

So what error are you getting at connecting?

Are you still getting the same "comport 3 does not exist" error every time?

Does "Load settings" finish with success or there is an error too?

It is a communication error beetween PC and 3DR radio (on ground side). Please try to reconnect the radio, reinstall driver or reboot PC.

It's ok. You can connect 6 pin side to GPS and 5 pin one to PH (to the left side). Or you can use 6 pin cable from Pixhawk kit.
