I have found that if my esc's have for some unknown reason drifted out of throttle calibration I get yaw issues. Its a long shot but try doing the throttle calibration again on your esc's.

As Jason said. The most common reason for quads flipping on lift off is an esc plugged in to the wrong port.

Ph the local arborist. it will cost a small fee. They wont need to cut the tree down, they have the tools to recover it.

Really?. I have added trim to my HFP, my KK, my OP for years now. Its never been a problem.
