No, the Naza does not have a height limit, the only limit I see is how far your transmitter can reach and how far can your eyes see out before your quad becomes a small dot in the sky, that is if you are flying line of sight (LOS).

I had my gains on 120, 120, 120, 100 and attitude on 110, 110 I think, have to check when I get home tonite.
