Turned out to be a problem with the Sony 16mm lens. I think the iris is vibrating causing the flicker. The 18-55 works fine. Thanks for all the input.

Lens hood has no effect. It kind of seems as though the iris is slightly moving maybe due to vibration.

Does anyone have experience with this setup? I am getting a slight light flicker in the footage. Looking for suggestions on cam settings or setup tweaks. Using the 16mm pancake lens with all manual cam settings. Using 1080 60p.
