i saw this adapter on another forum with no further informations anyone knows where to buy and how to set it up?

I am using FEiyu-Tech for go pro and this for DSLR with alexmos v3.0 gimbal controller.

I am using Sunnysky 4108s 480kv, afro 30Amp ESC + Carbon Fiber 13" props everything works great together on the Trot 680pro carrying my Canon 5D.
