How possible is it to geofence fpv racers? I fancy setting up a circuit but want to limit the safety issues especially with new pilots

I was shooting on my Phantom 2 with GoPro 3+ and Zenmuse HD-3D today and had problems with the vertical framing suddenly jumping. At times it looks mechanical, but mostly more camera-related. Here's the footage:
Anyone had similar issues? Any thoughts on the cause? I had temporarily removed...

This looks like quite a farcical event. Will be interesting to see what the IPCC makes of it.
Cheers Ben. Yep it all went fine as you said. No interference issues that I noticed. Shooting drone to drone was certainly challenging but we did get some nice sequences. Should be on BBC Breakfast Wednesday morning if you want to catch it
I'm looking to shoot some video from one drone to another. I'll have my phantom 2. Other aircraft Unknown at this stage.
What are the issues to consider? Interference is my main worry, assuming we are sensible in avoiding collision. Is it safe for two phantoms to operate in close proximity...
Well we knew it was coming I guess.
One immediate question.....
My Permission specifies that the 150m congested area limitation doesn't apply (I am sub-7kg). Is this notice overruling that permission or will I be affected only on renewal?

I'm looking to upgrade the charger for my stock Phantom batteries. Is there one which
a) can charge multiples
AND
b) offers a storage mode
??
I came back from a shoot with 7 batteries at 100% yesterday after a weather cancellation and it's quite a bit of flying now to run them down!
Does anyone have a definitive view on the merits........
a) Of using the Polar Pro ND filter to eliminate strobing shadows
b) Whether or not to counter-balance it with coins?
Discussions on this subject generally seem to go around in circles with one person saying it's fine and another that...
I can now answer my question. Yes, the pot did give me full control across its travels. The key is to calibrate it not just in the Phantom Assistant but first in the RC Assistant (even though it implies that only the sticks can be calibrate). Have posted about here too...
