Could setup some type of slalom course. Set the distance so that everyone can set it up the same. Set how many times you can complete it in a given amount of time.

I had ordered 4 12a ESC's from HK and one is bad. I really don't want to wait for another one to arrive. Is it OK to get another brand ESC to hookup in the meantime as long as it's a 12a?

Very nice. Just one suggestion that I had read in the past. It may not be a good idea to run the motor wires on the outside into the boom. If you land on the end, you stand a chance of cutting the wires.
