Just use a GWS or similar 5-10amp brushed motor esc. Plug that into an available aux channel and use adhesive strip LED lights. You can then turn the lights on and off or even change the brightness via your transmitter.

the Align 410's are better than the Hitec HS-65. The Hitec 5065 are the digital version of the HS-65 and are better yet. If you really want the best servo for the job get Airtronics 94809 they are a bit more money but way better than the rest. I have used them all. I now own 16 94809's in...
