I've had to increase the price to £12 due to higher than expected shipping and packaging costs.
However more stock and designs coming soon!

So budget stretches to F550 with naza lite or the F450 with naza V2.
Benefits of controller and quad vs hex are known, but what would you prefer the hex or quad? 450 with V2 would be smooth and additional benefits of that but a hex is awesome.
I'm going to add a tarot 2d gimbal and fatshark...
Can the DJI Ground station be used in the UK given we are not allowed to operate on the 900MHz band?
Also how does this plug into the naza? Do I have to purchase a can bus hub? Or does the naza have a plug?

If its your first, get the cheapest...I lost my first quad to a storm drain after only 4 days.
Don't be scared to cheap out first.

You still only 4 channels if you have an octocopter a hexcopter or a quadcopter as the amount of motors doesn't affect the channels :)

I agree completely, but you can build an octo very cheaply if all you want is the aircraft itself. Must be a gap in the market! Anyone?

Quick question around octocopter control boards, are there any "cheap" ones, for example HK do their V3 control board for $18 but it only supports hex.
If one wants to dabble in octo's what do you use?

Haha thanks W.Reimer, I'm massively gutted I lost my quad after only 4 days. But totally pleased I still have my phone.
I definitely recommend learning in a open area, that was my downfall. I rushed to fly in a crowded area when I could have easily driven 5 minutes to a large park. I was just...
