Just checked the servo monitor on my 8FG and switch (and IOC) off=+100, course lock=0 and home lock=-100. That channel (6) is reversed so depends on what radio you are using if you can use this info. Hope this helps ya out.

Have you done the battery voltage calibration in the Nazi assistant software yet? Most of the time the voltage is not set right and you get a low voltage warning (red) flashing light.

The assistant software version you need for FW 3.12 is 2.12. I also checked on DJI's website and didn't see it listed, maybe someone has a link to it that will work. Sorry I couldn't help you out and hopefully you can find the software you need.

I could never find the nyloc nuts at our Home Depot. Only locking metric nuts they have are the ones that are dented on three of the nut flats. Didn't want to go that route because it distorts the threads of what ever you are screwing them on to.

Exactly, if anything I would worry more about the washers being half a mill larger I.D. and being off center. I'm sure the motors are no where near precise and like you said the cans are no doubt way off balance anyways.

My motors came in an ARF kit from UAV about 3 months ago. I did replace one motor a few weeks ago, might have to pull the prop and see what that shaft measures. I too noticed the DJI 10x3.8 props fit tighter on some motors and not others. I thought it was the props all this time too but after...
