Success it all is working after reseting and re doing everything :D I have now balanced the props and put them all on. It isn't taking off thou. I think one of the motors is turning the wrong way. Any ideas on how to change the direction? I have the 2 props marked wth a r on oposite each...

UPDATE - I have managed to calibrate the compass after walking around to find the perfect spot in my garden! 5 attempts later and it works! Unfortunately I still can not get this thing to start the motors and fly! :( SO CLOSE!!!
