    I am using the collet type prop adapter on my Turnigy D2830-11s but it does take quite a lot of work on the adapters to get them balanced. I recently ordered some T-Motors and they came with THIS type of prop mount (the one that bolts to the motor), and I have to say that this type is much better.

    What you read is largely true for NiMh and NiCd batteries. Li-Pos can take more punishment without reducing their life. I charge a 2s 5000mah Li-Po at 7amps, and it doesn't even get hot, and this is the cheapest Chinese battery. I have Turnigy's and LRP's that I charge at double their capacity...
