NFactors, do you think the landing gear for the s1000 is different from the landing gear from the s800 evo? Longer legs I imagine but I think the mechanics are the same... I have a set from my crashed s800 that i paid, what almost 800 bucks for.... the landing gear themselves only sustained...

without knowing for sure, I'd tend to agree with with faulty gps data auto flipping to limbo mode or Atti without your knowledge. It happens fast and its realllllly easy to try and over-correct for an out of control aircraft (not that you did) flipping the physical and mental switch to atti may...

wkm firmware is up to 5.26 but you have options on website to install others.

sure thing, i'd definitely try to fly your batteries off in diff modes to rule out other things and solidify gps errors. I would agree that it seems FC related but it could be lots of things. Do you have flight data recording like iOSD? I've had 2 dji FC's that the compass canbus connection...

the Iris+ by 3D Robotics has some sort of feature like "follow me" check out :55 second mark. I think this is a horrible idea from a safety standpoint.
