New to this sport.Help with DX8 settings

I just received my new 550 with Naza-M GPS and a DX8 radio. Built everything and test flew with settings from a few videos. No luck so far still will not hold in GPS. Put in manual mode and i can hold position myself. I am a Futaba user and now have gone to the DX8 and maybe not getting the settings correct. Please any help out there for me. Thanks

try this: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1789552 . one thing, though: i think you're always going to have to fiddle with the settings a little, to dial things in. then again, if it won't hold in gps, maybe it's not the radio. do you have the declination right? have you done the outside twirl-around calibration procedure?
