Hello everybody

I have just finished building a hexa for aerial photography and i am having a few problems. The hexa it self comprises of a Carbon core 650 airframe, Naza flight controller with GPS, DJI 30A ESCs, Graupner 11x5 props and Avroto motors. For the camera i am using an AV130.

The first problem i am having is at start up, motors 1 3 5 (all spinning anti-clockwise)struggle to get up to speed until i add throttle. They catch up and the Hexa takes off fine and hovers well.

Now the second and most concerning problem is when in flight, if a give it some left yaw it jerks backwards wildly as if its going to flip over! right Yaw is fine. Could these two problems be related?

Any ideas you guys can give would be greatly appreciated, as i am feeling a bit confused :-/

Thanks

For Problem 1) Set a higher idle speed
For Problem 2) Recalibrate the compass and add some black tape on the left side in flight direction side of the Naza FC in order to have no sun on the Naza.

let us know, cheers,
