Hello !

Has anybody a good idea how to isolate LIPOS against deep temperature ?

If the LIPO cools down during flight in winter it looses capacity.
I am looking for a good idea how to thermal isolate the LIPO with a non heavy insolation.

Thank you for your help

Foam, or the plastic with the small bubbles the Batteries are typically shipped with ...
There are a lot of options.

The main important thing is to start flying with pre-heated LiPo's ....(app. 35° C )...once you are in the air, the LiPo won't cool down too much. There are numerous options for heating LiPo's.....

I always use the easiest thing....doesn't cost much, enough storage space....and keeps your sandwiches warm on top of it:

There are other options avalible as well:
