Vibration in a climb ? DJI 550

looks like a balance/wot type of issue, as it stops once you level out. if you had a data logger, you could see when it was occurring.

Yeah, most likely your props arent balanced well. A good test for this is to hover and then climb gradually increasing throttle. You are looking for what throttle range your vibes are coming in at. Sometimes flying a smaller prop works. Are you using Graupners? A rigid prop will help a little too but thats not whats going on there.

Looks to me like the basic gains for pitch/roll are a little too high, lower them a bit and use expo on the TX to make it more controllable in manual mode. A properly setup WKM or Naza should feel like its barely controllable in manual node without expo if the gains are right. ATTI and GPS are influenced more by the pitch/roll gain settings for those functions though having the basic gains set wrong can make it fly weird in those modes as well.
