Are Hobbywing funfly esc's okay with the Naza?

I have tried for the last few days to get this Naza flying but it's really unstable. It's seems more unstable when I use a higher mah lipo. I'm about to send it back to Geoff to swap the Naza controller to see if that could be the problem, but I was thinking that the esc's may be incompatible.

Anyone used them with the Naza?

Thanks.

I am running the Funfly 18 amp. I am using Scorpion Motors, APC 10 x 4.5 props, and 2600 3s batteries. It is very stable.

Thanks Rich. That leads me to believe I must have a dodgy Naza!

Sounds like it and I'm running the NAZA and ESC's and my Scorption motors on the DJI F450 and it is super stable. I can play flying saucer with it. Give it a push and it goes for a long ways in that direction but maintains attitude.

Rich, did you disconnect the red wire from the esc's before plugging into the FC? I've done this as per WKM but not sure if it's necessary. Cheers.

Yes I did but I programmed them first and set the throttle on each one. I bought one of the programming cards so it made it easy. I'm also running S Bus on Futaba receiver.

I'm also using the card for the esc's. Makes life a lot easier!

Thanks for the help. I'll get it sorted!
