settings for HW esc's

doing a Naza build with 4 x 30a hobbywing, flyfun esc's.

could anyone educate me with approprite settings, using the programming card.


i'm guessing:

brake - off
lipo
cut-off - low
start mode - normal
timing - high
governor - off

has some 'funky' experiences with the flashed turnigy's on the wkm today, so going to try this build with un-tampered esc's

I generally use default settings but have timing to Low , Battery type to Nixx , I do suppose it will depend on your motors etc but I have found low timing to work best for me .

thanks geoff, why Nixx instead of lipo?

They can cut off suddenly in Lipo mode when voltage gets low , thats why most change to Ni xx mode.

It really depends on the motors as to which is best the low Kv ones seem to need High or Med. Ditto the nixx. it is much safer.
