So I have a UAP1 frame that is currently configured as a hexa, but my motors are too weak to create a decent amount of lift with 4s 5000mah battery. While I wait for new motors I am thinking about configuring it in an asymmetrical quad layout similar to this http://www.blueskyrc.com/index.php?..._id=29&zenid=0ae76837977b85dc944663d9f669dff8 or http://www.hauntnet.com/frankenquad...id=45&osCsid=9fed6671c01ab5b3d896010856aabe9d
My questions:
[1] What is the ratio of front to rear arm lengths?
[2] Is there a general rule for the rear arm angle if I go with 120° front arm angle?
[3] Does it really matter?
[4] Is the PID tuning where the magic happens?
Thanks in advance!
