Throttle Increase when switching to ATT or GPS Modes

Well I got a couple of flights in. Definately more stable than my 91FQ. I am having one little problem besides my fail safe programming. While hovering at about 10 to 12 feet in manual mode when I click in to ATT or GPS mode the throttle increases and the quad goes up quit a bit. I made sure in set up that my Flight Mode switch definately switches to Blue when I'm in those modes.
