Phantom 2 Off 5m on vertical reading.

I have a Phantom 2 with H3-3D gimbal, iosd mini, avl-58, ground station installed. Everything is working excellent but I see in the Phantom 2 spec it should be within .8 meter for vertical reading. I am consistently showing 5m when sitting on the ground after the phantom is all booted an locked into at least 6 satellites. I am sure you will say to do a advanced cal in PH2 assistant but does it matter where you do this? I did this on the kitchen counter(above dishwasher) as it is level, but now I wonder if I should do this say outside in an open area around no cement and level a platform say of wood to do it on. What are some of your expert opinions of my problem here? Or maybe it is not a problem and 5m is all I can expect for accuracy.

Easy? You call that easy?
Oh yes, do it outside away from metal and electrical things. Ideally you want good satellite connection also. I would also consider doing the compass calibration again (I forget what the advanced calibration is for on the Phantom).
