Hey man, I recently made the bad decision and didnt buy these. These are really good ESCs. You dont need to flash or program them.

I use those. Never flash. No problem.

Do you guys know if I have to remove the power/red wire from the Afro ESC? I'm using a Naza Lite with a VU for power to the the unit. I read somewhere that the Afro ESC's can be used with all red wires plugged into the NAZA and use the VU to power the Naza.

Yep, remove the red wire, the Naza V1 VU is a BEC so no extra BEC needed.
