motors tilted 2 degrees - are they supposed to be level?

first build of quad and noticed that the arms on the neo 720c are all tilted to the left 2 degrees, one seems more but I didnt measure it. I am thinking they should all be level or tilted opposite if anything.

I think this is a manufacturing flaw and all motors and props should be level, on the same plane.

Most Multi rotors should be on the same plane. If not you will get some built in Yaw motion, which can be frustrating. On that model I think all you have to do is loosen a clamp and rotate it straight.
