DJI S800 Evo Calibration

This might be a stupid question, but can I do the 360 degree calibration with the Z15 zenmuse powered on also? I always think its putting the gimbal in odd positions thats its fighting to resist. If someone could tell me how they do there calibration that would be awesome.

My suggestion is to set up a switch on your receiver to have the power accessibly remotely for your z15 gimbal OR unplug the power by unplugging your xt60 leads from the frame powering the gimbal. Performing any of the two aforementioned suggestions allows calibration to be performed without watching z15 freak out.Doing the calibration while the Z15 is head locked can't be healthy for the gimbal but its not known if its actually harmful.
