flight control board question

Does the flight control board control the direction of the motors? or do I have to reverse the wires going to the motor?

flight control board is the MultiWii pro with mtk3329 gps module from hobby king.

No they do not, you will have to swap two of the wires if you have a motor that is turning in the reverse direction.

If your motor is going in the wrong direction you change over two of the wires going from ESC to motor. Some ESCs can be programmed to change direction too but mostly needed if you solder your motors to the ESC instead of using bullet connectors
