Problems with Roll axis

Having a bit of a strange problem with my roll axis.

Whenever I roll left it flies straight but when I let go of the sticks in GPS it seems to drop down a few meters and not come back up.
Whenever I roll right, it seems to climb a bit.

Everything else is flying really well, pitch no problems at all, yaw is rock solid.
My 6200 mAh lipos are on the front and back of a droidworx Skyjib 6 Ti

It flies perfectly straight, IOC, points of interest, return to home all work great.

Gains are
210, pitch
200 roll
yaw 140
vertical 200

atti 190, 190
No gimbal attached.
IMU location is dead center x0 y0 z-9
GPS location x0 y0 z-14 on top of the crash cage.

My imu is sitting on Align gel
COG seems to be OK

Can anyone see anything in my setup that might cause this to happen before I go back out later?
I only have 2 lipos at the moment so only get 12 mins test time each outing to try and fix it.

Try adjusting your vertical gains. Lower them first say, 150, and if that doesn't fix it, try raising them. They look a tad high to me, but I haven't had that machine before.

I tried messing with the gains a lot, and seems that it doesnt make a big difference, however...

I removed my align gel from under the the IMU and I think its much better now, no more dropping.
Hard to tell for sure as it was quite windy, but just going to head out again this afternoon to make sure.
Also moved the GPS puck -3 degrees, and it flies perfectly straight now (even though I am located in position where it should be +3 degrees.
More testing required.
