Mikrokopter MIni SD Card data

Hi guys!
Im having a litle trouble extracting de data from de SD card from the Navi board. I never used it before and Im just getting the gps positions wich Im trying to paste but doest let me

.
I would love to get the FC/BL/etc info!
What programs are you using to open the files??
Try and explain it like if you were to a 5 year old, Im a total dummy when it comes down to PC maters,

Stop using the SD card immediately. If you have done that, rc helicopters,try EaseUS Data Recovery Wizard Free Edition right now and it will be able to recoverthe lost pictures in most cases, but the overwritten pictures are unrecoverable.
