Tiger 4012 400kv vs. 4014 400kv and ecalc discrepancies

Ok I have been looking into a heavy Okto and trying to decide on which motor..

helicopter specs
450 booms on CineStar 8
14x6 Xoar props.. (might try the tiger carbons as the connection looks slick)
Total ship weight up to 11400g or 25lbs

Using Bartmans great advice and dividing the total weight by the number of props and then looking for a motor that supplies that thrust at 50-60% throttle I get

1425g or 1.425kg
So looking at the tiger charts it looks like the 4014 is the better choice assuming I'll carry that much load..

But.... When I plug these figures into ecalc its telling me I'm overloaded and running a throttle of 99% just to hover at 7000ft. ( 86% at 0ft.) !!!

What I'm not understanding is that at 100% throttle at 22.2v with the APC14x4.7 props on the Tiger chart is shows a thrust of 2760g/motor multiply by 8 gives me a grand total of 22,000g!!! Twice what need...

So what gives?

Also this great video seems to confirm the tiger specs..

Cedar looks like numbers are all over the map. With the Xoar 14x5 the video has 1.125KG at 6amps at 50% throttle. eCalc says 1125g is 59% throttle at 10.56amps. Tiger specs say a 14x4.7APC at 50% is 4amps with 890g thrust. But if you take the numbers from the Tiger specs, average to get about 6 amps the average thrust would be about 1185g which is pretty close to the video.

100% power on the Tiger site is 21.9a/2760g vs the video of 18.9a/2585g. So may eCalc is conservative?

Isn't flying experimental aircraft fun?

I'm trying to model my CS6 with quadrocopter.us motors.. Anyone have the specs on those or the model that will work within ecalc?
