I need help updating my Naza firmware to version 3.14 from 2.12

Hello, I just installed my Zen Muse H3-2D gimbal on my FlameWheel 450 today. Everything seems to be working fine, but I need help upgrading to the latest firmware. The assistant software says to download the update from the website and the website says to upgrade from the assistant software. I can't seem to figure out how or where to find the download link. The assistant software is version 2.12. Does this mean the firmware for the Naza is also version 2? My Naza Main Control unit is V1. I did install the V2 PMU to make the gimbal work. Thanks for any help you can provide.

Thanks for your help Pete, I figured out my problem was that I was plugging the USB cable into the ZenMuse GCU and I should have been plugging it into the LED module. Got the firmware updated to 3.14.
