Hi guys. I am loving this hobby! My wife not so much... Anyone flying or building multirotors near Lakeville MN?

Yes, I have a few AP friends in the Minneapolis area. Eidecom (FlyBoys) is out of Brooklyn Park area. The other 3 are scattered around Minneapolis area, just don't know the exact towns they fly out of.
Since you live in that area, you will definitely want to look into FlySafe which will have their conference there at the end of August.

Thanks for the links. One thing is for sure, your friends are on a completely different level than I am :) I am working on my first build (Tarot T810), but probably way over my head as I don't have any prior experience with anything related to RC aircraft/multirotors. I have been completely obsessed with this hobby for the last few months though.
 

I totally understand, but that's why we have such great online forums so we can all help eachother.
But if you are serious about this hobby of photo or video on a remote control platform, you should look into that FlySafe training. I took it and it was extremely valuable.
