Hoverfly heavy lift job

I've been asked to fly a Red Epic. Anybody tried a heavy lift job with Hoverfly? I have a CS8 with Icelite 50 ESCs and QC 3328 motors at the moment. Suggestions? I'm leaning toward turning it down.

Those motors would overheat with a Red.

It doesn't stop with a Epic... your customer will want glass, more glass, faster glass... Then they will want HD down link, etc.. There are but a few gimbals I've seen that will swing a 15lb. camera and the AV200 is not one of them (not to say that you are using said gimbal, I am just using that as a common reference).

As stated above, you'll need larger motors and 14-16" props... All this is possible and expensive.

More to the point of your question.... yes, the HoverFly Pro will fly the big rigs well and produce great results.
