signal loss failsafe

I have a Futaba 8FGH Super and a R6208SB receiver and have all the switches for flight mode and failsafe working. The problem I have is I can't make it go into failsafe mode when I turn transmitter off. How do I make the R6208SB go into failsafe when it loses signal?
