Throttle setup problem with Hobbywing40A ESC's

Hi everyone :) I have a problem to do with my ESC-motor-Rx-Tx connections. I'm using my ESC's for the first time so I'm setting my throttle stick to the lowest position on my transmitter. When I plug everything in , power , receiver etc I get this constant beep-beep-beep error with 0.25 intervals. When I checked my ESC's manual it said that its the throttle not being set to the minimum level. What I don't understand is my throttle is set to the lowest level and its still giving me the same error ? IS there any other throttle setting that I'm not aware of? I re-did a stick calibration on my turnigy 9xr but still no chance. I added a video , hope you can help me .

(the ESC's are hobbywing 40A platinum series, the rx tx modules are frsky telemetry d8r-2plus, transmitter is a 9xr and the battery is a 6S 10000mah 22.2V lipo)
(I plugged in the esc cable into the chan3 on the rX module.)
