Naza V2 - some questions

Really this is probably a question for DJI....

The Nava V2 boasts 'better stability'....

Can anyone confirm if this is just a firmware thing?

eg if you buy the PMU upgrade for the Naza V1 in order to "get V2 Features" - will this give you ALL the benefits?

Is there any reason to go out and buy the V2 kit if you already have the V1 and buy the PMU upgrade?

Also - will V1 GPS work with V2 controller - I note the V2 GPS has 'V2' on it.
