Hello all, i'm new here and need help please,

I bought this parts:

1. Main controller - http://www.quadrocopter.com/<wbr>Wookong-Multi-Rotor_p_502.html
2. BL controllers for the motors (8 pcs) - http://mikrokopter.<wbr>altigator.com/dualsky-60a-esc-<wbr>xc6018ba-p-40431.html
3. Motors (8 pcs) - http://mikrokopter.<wbr>altigator.com/axi-282612-<wbr>mikrokopter-special-motor-p-<wbr>40320.html
4. Propellers (5 pairs) - http://mikrokopter.<wbr>altigator.com/xoar-propeller-<wbr>pair-in-wood-14x5-p-40497.html
and after that i bought another (5 Pairs) of 11x5.5 propellers to try them but the same problem is.

5. Frame - http://mikrokopter.<wbr>altigator.com/skyjib-8-<wbr>droidworx-p-40365.html
6. Transmitter/receiver - http://mikrokopter.<wbr>altigator.com/futaba-t8fg-<wbr>super-24-ghz-14-channels-with-<wbr>rx-r6208sbt-p-40472.html
7. Motor mounts (8 pcs) - http://mikrokopter.<wbr>altigator.com/propeller-mount-<wbr>axi-282612-p-40319.html
8. Battaries 8000 mAh 5S LiPo (8 pcs) http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/store/__18209__Turnigy_nano_tech_8000mAh_5S_25_50C_Lipo_Pack.html

I need to have a payload about 6-9 KGs, but when i fly with the voltage is come down to much, it can carry easily 6 KGs but their is a problem i cannot know it,

is there any conflict in this parts to work together.

and if anyone try to fly with like this payload and tell me what the parts that he use i well be so thankful for that.

i appreciate if any one can advise or help me.

thanks alot.

Thanks for your reply,

I use it before and it gave me no problem with 11X6 propellers, but when i try it on real, the consume is too large for battery, and the voltage is come down when i set a payload.

Hi,

Where are you from MRefaII ?
Maybe if you are in france or near to france I can help.
But I don't really understand what your problem is ...
Can you also post some pictures of your multi, maybe it will help.

11 inch props with this payload forget about it ! You are running your whole setup to a RPM max thats not healthy !

youll have to go into this direction:

I am also not sure about the 2826/12, 6 KG yes 9 I would say no !

And you should approach a parallel lipo setup. One 8000 mah wont give you enough flight time !

Hello dear Simiban and BorisS and thanks for your replies.
no i'm not from France, and my problem that i want to carry payload about 6-9 KGs for about 15 Minutes, i picked the previous parts, installed them all things is good,
when i tried to set payload about 5 KGs using all the previous parts with (14X5 Propellers & 4 batteries 8000 mah 5s1p) the aircraft can take off very easily when it was in the air after about 1 minutes it give me a second level protection was reached, and it went to landing.
when i check the batteries with my meter, it still have 68% of its capacity,
so tell now i don't now where is my problem to carry payload like 6-9 KGs, is it in the motors i must to replace them, or in batteries or ....

HI Mrefail, what are your settings for the Lipo protection ? And another reason could be that your Lipos have a too low C rating resulting in a too fast V drop.

Bird this size and weight it would be better to have a separate telemetry system to have a constant status of your lipo ! You wanna see how much A you are pulling and the behavior of the V.

Hello,

2826 are not capable off 6kg payload. I mean i would like to know what do you mean by payload. Do you mean the whole kopter weight or payload only. Payload does not include copter + bateries but is payload only.
For 9 kg you need or KW10 or axi 4120 with 15 or 16 inch props.
If you have 6kg or 8kg copter and another 6kg payload on it with 2826 and with 11 inch you are lucky you did not burn motors or esc while flying.
Also get a telemetry since dji protection is not for you. Also you draw too much amps and this is why your voltage drops.
Maximum lift power off axi is 1600g to 2000g per motor tested on scale. If you had 14kg total weight and 8*1600= 12800g=12,8 kg while maximum would be 16kg i think you have more luck then .....

Hope this helped.

http://vimeo.com/53019192

this is the maximum that it could lift. Payload was arround 15kg but sugested payload for this configuration would be 7 to max 9 kg. 4 bateries for 9kg and 16 or 17 inch props.

Hello Lanzar I would like to thank you for your so important info,
and now its clear that i must to change my Motors, Propellers & Batteries.
and its clear that 2826/12 AXI motor is not suitable for this payload,
but i think i read some where that AXI 2826/12 is 2000 - 3000 g thrust.
at the end i appreciate all this info that you provided my, God save you.
if any one have any experiences with motors to provide me with the suitable combination of (Motors, Propellers & Batteries) for my situation to carry 9 KGs, or if any one know any combination, can carry more than this payload like 15 KGs for 15 Minutes of fly or more , it will be so great.

Thanks all.

Most of the time the nrushless thrust is given for model planes. That mean a thrust able to fligh a plane around 2000g or 3000g.
It's not the same value with a vertical lift...

mmm, you mean its 2000 - 3000 g for some types of plane but for multi rotor witch is vertical plane its between 1600-2000 g that is,

So please do you know what is them most powerful motor that you try or have a look on, can you tell me please

I don't care if its compatible with my LIPOs or not, just i need the more powerful motor that you try or you know about, please.

Voltage must increase for more powerful motors in order to ensure optimal efficiency and with that AUW you need to start off with 6S batteries.
That is electrical engineering established practice which you can trust to be reliable.
Using eCalc for Multicopters should help you from there.
