s800 connected the ground hard.

Okay my s800 have been flying very well on Click and go waypoints. Today i did a demo and i hit auto take off and and all was perfect set first waypoint to about 40 meters and off she goes. all of a sudden she started circling. It got bigger and faster and lower. I tried to take control but nothing happened. i had no control at all. it hit the ground hard. Now i am not sure why and how that happened as i have flown on single waypoint with no problems. I do have the log file from the waypoint software that i will send to DJI.I am at a loss for words as i have no clue what went wrong.

It sounds like you may have broken a prop, blown ESC, Lost a motor or had a motor or ESC wire come loose. It cound also be any type of power failure at the arm/ frame connection as these are not hard wired.. correct?
That is my first suspicion.

Hi None of the motors stoped as they all were spinning at the time it connected. Batteries are all fine.

i updated to 5.20

I did four way point flights to test and it worked a 100 %.

I know it doesn't help but I would never dare installing a new firmware release just hours/a few days after release. It may have nothing to do with the crash at all, from what I understand I could also imagine a hardware failure.
