The NAB Show is going on this week in Las Vegas and we wanted to bring you some new product highlights that you can expect to see in the DRONE category at the show.  We talk about some new DJI product releases as well as a new software update from 3D Robotics that adds many new features to their Solo Drone.   Additionally we talk about the British Airways “Drone Collision” that has been all over the news – turns out they think it was a plastic bag… Yep… A plastic bag!  Lastly, we bring you a business marketing segment talking about using Google Adwords to marketing your business. We discuss our strategies that bring us success and give us the best return for our money.

I love listening to the podcast and you guys are doing a great job.
Quite frankly, I was a little put-off from the format you guys do when I started listening (episode 50 or so). I wasn’t interested in FPV or even the non DJI stuff (yes I was one of those). But listening to multiple episodes has enlightened me and even I may try a cheap racing FPV for the fun of it. I own a drone business and LOVE when you guys discuss business related things, but I think the format is great.

Thank you Tom, I really appreciate the feedback. You should definitely try FPV racing, it is a blast! We are still looking at what format would be the best way forward, and are not afraid to experiment a little. While some other podcasts are pretty narrow-focused, our vision is to provide a couple of weekly episodes with various segments from throughout the “drone universe”, and perhaps a few weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly episodes focused on a particular part of the drone industry (FPV racing, legal, creative, business). We just welcomed the Quad Talk Podcast (FPV drone racing) to our network, so now the FPV stuff will have it’s own episodes. We are looking to add more specific episodes hosted by experts in their particular fields in the future, so stay tuned. Cheers!
