I do have a gimbal set up on my 450 using the DX8. It's a breeze. I'm afraid it sounds very much like a duff servo to me. Decent servos will really help with a gimbal, it's quite demanding in hobby servo terms. Test the servo. Plug the servo into the aux 3 channel of your rx. With everything...

Android app due to come later. Did a quick test flying from the back garden so there is some wifi noise from nearby houses I suspect. link was dropping but generally there at 85m up. Will try higher when the wind eases. Lag on mine is about 2.5 seconds too. sj

Leave it as their hi end semi pro set up? Wookong has a lot of expandability from what I could see. Simple GPS options like auto land, fly home and position hold would be good as a hobby level GPS. For me at least. sj

There's always the "whip something up in the shed" type mount! :-) A few bits from B&Q/Home Depot and an hour in the shed. Light, cheap and works ok as a fixed mount. sj

That was a requested fly by. For my 3 year old daughter who wanted to see the quad fly because she likes the lights. Enough light from the LED's to light her up enough for the GoPro. Now working out a buddy set up to let her fly it as it is about the most stable thing I have to fly. sj
